Term & Conditions

1. Application Forms are available  (Timings 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
2. Any person who has attained the age of 18 years shall be eligible to apply for membership of the Club.
3. Only members, their spouses and unmarried dependent children below 25 years of age are entitled to use the facilities of Club.
4. All the benefits of membership would start after a year of member’s registration in Club ProBank.
5. Members are limited to booking a maximum of 5 rooms at the member rate, if members want more than 5 rooms, in this case the regular non-member rate will apply for bookings exceeding more than 5 rooms.                    
6. All members including their spouse and eligible dependants are expected to carry their membership cards while visiting the club and produce the same when requested by staff on duty.
7. Members, bringing more than six guests at a time are requested to inform the club in advance. Members must enter the required details of their guests in the Guests Register at the time of entry. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests in all & every manner while they are in the club premises.
8. Dependants are not allowed to bring in guests. Dependants below 18 years of age are not permitted to enter the Club Bar and consume alcoholic drinks anywhere in the club premises. Children below 12 years of age are not permitted to stay in the club premises beyond 8.30 pm except on Saturdays and Sundays.
9. Members are requested to be decently attired while in the club. Shorts/tight skirts, gowns/kaftans, T-shirts without collars, rubber slippers/chappals etc. are not permitted to be worn in the member's area. Sports persons are requested to change into proper attire before entering the Club House.
10.  The club closes every night at 12 pm. Members are requested to ensure that they finish their drinks, snacks and dinner by 11.30 pm. A bell is sounded at 11 pm to warn all present about the club closing time.
11. As per existing Excise Rules, members are not permitted to consume liquor in the club, brought from outside. However, in parties organized in Jaigarh Lawn and Cavalry Lawn, they can bring and consume their own liquor after obtaining valid Occasional License from the Excise Department and NOC from the club.
12. Members can place order for dinner upto six persons latest by 9 pm, however for bigger number orders should be placed by 5 pm.
13. Smoking in the enclosed spaces of the club is not permitted. Also members are requested not to spew pan masala, gutka, chewing tobacco etc in the club premises.
14. Servants are not permitted in the Club House.
15. Members are requested not to bring in any pets.
16. Public display of weapons or firearms is prohibited in the club premises.              
17. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
18. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Service.

Here are a few points about your membership that you should be clear about. Please read each point & acknowledge that you have gone through it.

1. I/We understand the terms and conditions of the membership offer that I/We have chosen at the time of signing up for membership.
2. I/We confirm having read the membership rules governing allotment of membership.
3. Membership and the terms condition with regards to Ashutosh Colonizer & Developer and agree to abide by the same. All necessary clarifications and information on the membership rules have been provided to us.
4. I/We understand that any payment made by me/us would first be appropriated toward the admission fees and balance if any would be appropriated towards the entitlement fees.
5. I/We understand that there are no cancellation policies after the registration of the membership.
6. I/We understand that I/We shall be admitted as a member only upon realization of the down payment of admission fees and entitlement fee by Ashutosh Colonizer & Developer.
7. I/We have read the rules of termination mentioned in the membership rules and agree to the same.
8. I/We confirm that there are no other verbal/written promises or any other assurance not mentioned in the membership rules that have been made by any Ashutosh Colonizer & Developer personnel.
9. No payment shall be accepted in cash by the Firm and the Applicant shall make all payments directly in the bank account of the Ashutosh Colonizer & Developer (Firm).
10. The Courts of Jaipur (Rajasthan) alone shall have jurisdiction in all matters arising out of touching and/or concerning this application.
